Golden product! --- Like ISOBAR, AVBAR has unbeatable performance, safety, durability and overall build quality!

Having used it for about a year I can confidently say that the AVBAR is built to the same ridiculously good quality as the ISOBARULTRA and I think it's a great one Option for those who want to get protection associated with the ISOBAR family but prefer not to spend as much as ULTRA. Most generic and inexpensive surge protectors on the market are dubious at best. Their construction is generally mediocre to poor, their functionality is limited, their durability is inadequate, their buttons/switches are not rated for decades of use and (most importantly) the protection they offer is unreliable at best. Years ago I decided to bite the bullet and only buy good or great quality horse racing. For things I want the best protection for I only use ISOBARULTRA and I think it's the BEST protection you can get for almost the price. I personally experienced a time when ISOBARULTRA protected devices when everything around them was being destroyed. As such, I'm 100% confident that my ISOBARs will protect my gear in the worst-case scenarios and last for decades (and since ISOBARs can last over 30 years, that durability helps offset the higher cost!) at the same time I need it no ISOBARULTRA protection for everything I own. For not-so-expensive items, I still want a good surge protector, but little cost savings. I have chosen several APC and CyberPower products in addition to AVBAR. I like AVBAR the most compared to other products I have used. The AVBAR is a bit cheaper (at least when I got mine as it cost $35.00 in style, color and a manner that makes it a good candidate for AV systems like a good TV or home theater. Like my other ISOBARs too Made with a real metal outer casing (and this is unusual as most vibrators use plastic) This casing is solid and very durable with a cosmetic finish. Long life, strong cables and LEDs. This makes for a very robust package has a lot in common with the ISOBAR. One of my first surge protectors had a protection of about 250 joules. This AVBAR has 3300 joules of protection level. As you can also see, AVBAR also protects wires other than power cords from damage. It has a coaxial cable and RJ11- Ports you can use, which is a plus because when cables are connected to devices that go outside, the power cord's protection is enough not alone. Even though I don't currently use them, I love that my AVBAR will last for decades and in 20 years I want to use it. Other things I really like are color and markers. Black blends better into my home and would be great for a home theater as ISOBAR's standard white is eye catching. It also uses color-coded markings on each socket, which can be handy for all sorts of applications. Also, the 6-foot power cord is nice because it's long enough to reach the nearest outlet but not so long that you have to tie it. The mounting tabs for the AVBAR are also well designed, and the metal body of the AVBAR lends itself to hanging much better than the plastic body. I also like the 3 LED system as it is easy to understand and logical and the LEDs are not so bright as to make the room look like a disco at night. AVBAR was also designed to reduce certain types of noise. /Interference for audiovisual purposes. I can't speak firsthand about using this feature, but based on my experience with Tripp Lite and ISOBAR in particular, I'm confident that this feature will work as advertised as Tripp Lite doesn't use misleading ads and when they activate a feature ISOBAR, these Function is almost always worth its weight in gold. All in all, it's a versatile splash guard and offers the kind of protection everyone wants to see for their most valuable items. AVBAR is great for home theater use, but it can also be used in many other areas (for me it's home office use). spend thousands replacing products that a cheap surge couldn't protect and you can rest easy knowing. So you really can't go wrong with AVBAR.
