I repurchased this on July 1st, 2015 for my expensive Sony 4K TV, new Playstation 4 and new air purifier GermGuardian Elite Tower. So far everything has been great! I use eco plugs for my tv so the post watch protection will stop powering the tv when it is off. I keep my PS4 and air purifier plugged into regular plug-ins (since you keep your PS4 on standby and don't need to turn it off when not in use for it to download updates and other stuff, you probably shouldn't leave it in the Eco hold…

Tank-style design and protection

Large and heavy, this surge protector might not be the lightest option, but the solid metal construction gives it a very premium feel. This is no ordinary cheap plastic surge protector. Safety features: power rating 3330J, clamping voltage 140V and forward voltage 330V. "Don't connect your computer to anything other than Tripp Lite! "

If you have a larger plug made for your device in the late 90's or so, it will cover nearby outlets even though they advertise that outlets are specifically positioned to deliver more power. Bricks' that connect without them. Not true.
