Good switch, does what it's supposed to, delivery on time.

I don't usually write reviews but the October 2020 reviewer was upset that he didn't get the chart or diagram so he gave 3 stars. If you don't know how to drive a standard replacement car but still buy a standard replacement car, it's not the dealer's fault for not teaching you how to drive. Those who can, those who cannot hire an expert. Other than that I am very happy with this switch and this seller. The switch arrived on the promised day, looks solid and well made. It snaps into place with a firm click in any direction. Was very happy with the cable connectors provided and they were made to the perfect length to allow cross-connection without unswerving excess so they tucked away nicely when installed. The connection is very simple. That's 3 contacts on the left and 3 on the right. One side is marked 1 (1a, 1, 1b) and the other side is marked 2 (2a, 2, 2b). On the center pins, power comes from the battery or fuse box. It doesn't matter which side you choose, but if you connect the positive (red wire) to 1, 1a and 1b will be positively charged and vice versa. You connect the end of the blue jumper, which has 2 outputs, to 1a and the other connector to 2b. Then the long end of the blue end to the positive terminal of your 12 volt DC motor. Do the opposite with the other side; double end to 2a, small plug to 1b, long cable to other DC motor terminal. When you turn the switch to side a, the motor turns clockwise, when you turn the switch to side b, it turns counterclockwise. Simple, well made, easy to use. I will buy more switches from this seller in the future.
