Good filter and no coffee grounds! :) They're a bit big, but you can keep clicking on them and they work great. I wrote a previous review which I can't find to update. When I checked the size they asked me to contact them. As soon as I contacted them they wanted to send me a sample of the new filter size free of charge. I've tried both filters and I like them both, the new size doesn't hold much coffee but that's a given as it's smaller but fits perfectly in its reusable mug. I currently use both sizes as I like VERY strong coffee, I use the larger when I want a bigger cup of coffee (my Keurig has a strong coffee feature). I am happy with my purchase and will buy both sizes again. Gave it 4 stars, there is nothing wrong with it not being perfectly shaped ie the filter is not the exact shape of a refillable cup, it is the shape of a typical filter. Thank you for your company's excellent customer service, you went out of your way to make me happy.
