A little surprised. It could be an apex tool, whoever it is, but it's labeled Crescent as in Crescent Wrench. I have always trusted Crescent tools. They are known for their excellent quality tools that last forever. I'll have to use this tool for a while to see if it holds up. The dies appear to be very well made, the rest of the tool not so much. It actually has the feel of a cheap instrument and I'm not at all sure it will really hold up. It opens automatically, which I like, unlike others I've bought recently where you have to open the tool to use it for each cut. These are solid tools, but they're tedious to use. This tool opens by itself and has a locking tab to better keep it closed when you need to make multiple cuts. If this continues I will update and give it a better star rating.
