Review on 🔧 Volkswagen 06H 103 495 E Engine Crankcase Vent Valve: Efficient Ventilation Solution by Stephen Thomas

This fixed my car but looks like someone else tried it before me and Amazon sold it to me like it was in a "new" condition. My 2010 VW CC 2.0t has been giving me "system too lean at idle" and CEL messages for years and I finally decided to give it a try. I'm summarizing some of the symptoms I've experienced and if you're having similar issues I'd definitely recommend replacing that part first. (1) CEL occurs only during the warm season. I've never had any problems in winter, but shortly after the weather gets warmer, the CEL lights up. (2) loss of performance. My car accelerated fairly slowly, even the gas pedal was depressed fairly well. I must say that the car seriously lacked power, but the acceleration lag was noticeable. (3) When idling, the car shakes a little. My car shakes a bit at red lights, not sure if it is related to PCV. The reason I am giving this product 4 stars is only because the box I received was opened and resealed with cheap clear tape. See attached photos, the factory seals have been opened and are not taped to the box.
