Review on Enhanced Valterra A10-3050 Check Valve/Vacuum Breaker by John Castle

One of these is installed on the black tank flushing line in my mobile home. My old valve was leaking black gas from the tank into the bus living area so I decided to buy a new valve. Well this one seems to do the same under certain conditions and I have a very sensitive nose especially when any exhaust fans are running creating negative pressure in the bus. It also seems a bit pricey for plastic. I'll probably create my own solution for this valve and install a brass check valve, possibly with a ball valve in front of it, on the winterize tee, completely eliminating the need for that type of vacuum.
