Great gift but shortly after opening and trying it liquid pooled on the bottom every time I lifted the cup to drink. I sent a message to the seller who called me back within 20 minutes saying condensation is normal and wouldn't hurt but noticed the next day as I was working and having coffee after sitting at the base for about 10 minutes I found that there was NOT condensation and flow off the bottom of the cup. I just put in a replacement and it looks like they will be shipping another one in 2 days. Fingers crossed!
