Okay, let me start by thinking it was just another grilling item that would collect dust. This came in today and I thought I have a chicken, let's see what it can do. I put the foil on the bottom of the metal plate first to keep it clean for later. I tied the chicken, seasoned it, and lit the smoker. After 5 hours of slow cooking, this was my final result. Well, as you can see, the skin couldn't take it and ate it. It was crispy with a nice smoky flavor. I know I will be buying a few more for Christmas gifts. Oh, and yes, stainless steel doesn't come cheap. The magnet with 💯 doesn't stick to it. So now enjoy this juicy amazing chicken. I can't wait for the next piece of meat to meet my new favorite grill toy.
