Review on OWC 8 by Marc Alvarez

One of the sticks has failed after 8 months of normal use. I contacted OWC to make a warranty claim as they have a lifetime warranty. OWC cannot locate my order even after I provide an invoice from Revain and a picture of a flash drive with a serial number on the label. OWC keeps me running around asking for the serial number. I'm disappointed that OWC is losing a customer for a $30 stick of RAM. As of today, I will no longer buy OWC products. If OWC resolves this issue to my satisfaction and honors its warranty, I will update this review. UPDATE 4/25/18 I have contacted the seller on Revain and got an order number from them. As soon as I gave OWC an order number, the RMA was processed immediately and a new RAM stick was sent to me. I just installed new RAM and it works fine. I've raised my rating to four stars. Don't give five stars because the original product failed after 8 months.
