Review on SnugPak Aquacover Backpack/Rucksack: Waterproof Protection for Outdoor Adventures by Cre Soto

Item arrived exactly as described. Fits perfectly in my 23L backpack like it was made for him. I tried it on another 25L backpack but it wouldn't stay. Unfortunately I haven't had the pleasure of using it in the rain since I received it but the product is well made and I have no doubt that it will protect my backpack from bad weather. *Update: Works decently in the rain. Some moisture gets in and it tends to slide off the top of my pack, but overall it works very well. would recommend
