Received a replacement for the first one today and decided to wait for it to arrive for inspection. The first monitor arrived and after about an hour I started seeing white flashes on the screen followed by crackling from the built in speakers using the display connector. I thought I might have a problem with my computer's display port, so I switched to VGA. The same problem. At this point the monitor was reset so I decided to order a new one. The new monitor has been up and running for 6 or 7 hours now and there are no issues with the display port or the monitor. I've adjusted the color to my liking and it's reasonable, not spectacular. I hope this replacement monitor will last a few years. So far I rate the overall experience a 3. The exchange process has been improved and is now very easy. Good job Raven. Scepter needs to step up their quality control game.
