Highly Restricted Flow for 3/8 " Valve

I wanted to prevent flow restriction and not knowing any better I bought these inexpensive 3/8" valves. Restrict the water flow. After actually testing them I never used them and decided to return them describe that the inside of the valve is suitable for 1/4" tubing, but not anything that requires increased flow.
