A Very Disappointing Experience with the Vickay Company: Low-Quality Products and Unhelpful Employees in Customer Service

Due to the fact that I had an extremely negative experience with Vickay Company, I am unable to suggest their products to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-quality art supplies. Although they may assert that they provide items of a superior grade, in all honesty, the stuff they sell are of a very low standard. I went to Vickay and bought a set of markers and daubers with the intention of using them for my many creative projects. On the other hand, I discovered that the ink flowed splotchily and inconsistently from the markers, making it impossible for me to draw the smooth, constant lines that I need. The daubers were no better than the other tools, since the sponge tips began to fray and fall apart after only a few usage. When I attempted to resolve these concerns by contacting customer service, I discovered that their representatives were unhelpful and unresponsive to my inquiries. They did not provide any recommendations or answers as to how my experience could be made better by using their products, and it was very evident that they had no interest in resolving any of my issues. In general, my time spent with Vickay Company was marred by a profound sense of dissatisfaction. They are far behind other companies in the market in terms of both the quality of their products and the service they provide to customers. Look elsewhere for your art supply requirements if you want to spare yourself the frustration.
