Review on Nordic Ware Restaurant Cookware Griddle by Stephen Thomas

I chose this cookware after going through many square pans, most of which have some sort of imperfection and they have all worked great. I use it on my home gas range and camp for breakfast all the time and it's holding up great. It's a good weight to stay upright and cooks fairly evenly if you preheat it over moderate heat first. The non-stick coating is also great. The handle guard is thick and difficult to hang up, but it's removable and the pan can be used in the oven without it. All in all a good American dish.
