Good quality. Made in USA very hard to find. After receiving this I also ordered a larger two burner pan from the same company. Both work great!

Yes it's easy to clean and things don't stick but it should be cast aluminum not extruded aluminum as it warps like every other brand I've tried have . I would pay more for a real professional pan.

Well made, heavy. Good coverage. very soft. good size for 4 medium pancakes. UPDATE: I still love this pan. Heavy, not deformed, used once a week. The non-stick coating is still intact. I'm glad I made this purchase. mike

It doesn't cost money. The frying pan was either broken or already warped, I would never buy it again. I've attached a video showing how this piece deforms. It will not lay flat on our glass top.

I chose this cookware after going through many square pans, most of which have some sort of imperfection and they have all worked great. I use it on my home gas range and camp for breakfast all the time and it's holding up great. It's a good weight to stay upright and cooks fairly evenly if you preheat it over moderate heat first. The non-stick coating is also great. The handle guard is thick and difficult to hang up, but it's removable and the pan can be used in the oven without it. All in all

The frying pan is really very well made and just right for cooking 4 pancakes or French toast at the same time. I was concerned about non-stick coatings as I've heard some of them can be dangerous if they ever peel off. So I called Nordicware and they told me the coating is completely inert and safe for cooking and poses no hazard in the event of accidental human consumption.
