Seems well impregnated with charcoal. You can HEAR the fan running at different speeds once the NEW filter is installed. The Cadillac HVAC fan aka the ENGINE had fucking amateur days plus $135 for the engine JUST BECAUSE I NEVER CHANGED THE FILTER! .
