Installed a cabin air filter on my 2011 Toyota Sienna and the airflow through the deflectors has been cut in half. The filter is heavier and appears thicker. Be careful not to damage the fan motor. The filter has been installed correctly, the air flow has been reduced. Return and receipt of the non-charcoal filter.

The dealer charged $25 to replace this filter. I bought this and it took 5 minutes. I wouldn't call myself a super car driver but just look on YouTube: Cabin Air Filter (Car Model) and there will be a short video where someone will show you how to do it. It's really easy and will save you tons of money!

Doesn't fit properly on my Toyota Corolla 2007 LE although testing has shown it would. I'm a bit disappointed. I would return it and get a replacement but I bent a corner trying to push it in to make it fit. The quality looks ok, just wanted to fit. So pay attention to the size before buying.

I noticed a musty smell on my 2014 Lexus ES. After reading several articles on the internet, I decided that the problem was with the cabin filter. I ordered this replacement filter, it installed in less than five minutes and the smell was gone. I'm sure the retailer would charge a lot more than what I paid and it's incredibly easy to install (many YouTube videos show you how).

Seems well impregnated with charcoal. You can HEAR the fan running at different speeds once the NEW filter is installed. The Cadillac HVAC fan aka the ENGINE had fucking amateur days plus $135 for the engine JUST BECAUSE I NEVER CHANGED THE FILTER! .

The filter in the picture below is an OEM with the airflow direction clearly indicated. This filter has an HGI on the text, and when the text is vertical the arrows point up. I don't see any indication if the arrows mean the direction of airflow or if they mean this side up. The filter worked perfectly. I wanted a good quality charcoal filter and this matched it at a good price. I bought a used car and the old cabin filter was dirty. Apparently the previous owner never bothered to test it so he just sprayed some kind of scent in the car to make the car smell fresh. The problem is that the smell is only good for the previous owner. It's only been a few days and the smell of the cheap flowers is starting to dissipate, but it will be a while.

So, I bought this filter to replace Lexus GX460.1. It has much fewer wrinkles, about 2 times than the original.2. It is loose inside 3. The material is thicker than the original4. I couldn't remove it from the dock! I'll probably use pliers to remove it, which appears to destroy the new filter (hopefully not the car). So my verdict: this is bullshit. No, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, let alone a friend. It may not stick with other models, maybe this one is defective, but there is no desire

Not much to say here other than this is the perfect cabin air filter for the 2010-2015 Prius. It is inserted and fits perfectly in its socket. Access to the cabin air filter is very easy: you need to remove the glove box and then open the HVAC filter holder cover. That's all. I was very impressed when I opened the box; at least twice as thick/heavy as a factory Toyota filter, so I was thrilled that I paid half the price of a Toyota filter. until the air conditioner turns on.
