there was no sound in the aviation gps

it seemed good it was a good picture it seemed like with the navigation but there was no sound it chirped when I turned it on and now it unplugged several times, reset 3 or 4 times, still no sound and as always no instructions, there are all sorts of functions just don't know what they are and how to work with them! GENERAL. (LIL PEOPLE) SOME PEOPLE NEED DIRECTIONS!
