Directly from the manufacturer. Arrived on time. Came with 60" mahogany blades! Be sure to specify what blade size you need. Luckily I have a spot. The price with the blades was great! The fan is very good. As easy to hook up as any ceiling fan. It has vibrations that I wasn't expecting from such an expensive fan.I figured it wouldn't wobble much with the hub mounted blades and no blade holder.I called the manufacturer and they said it comes with a balance kit.It's not Balance kit in the box They will send me one The LED is as bright or even brighter than a 100 watt incandescent bulb The LED on mine occasionally flashes like a flash when dimmed and also occasionally flashes and goes went to full brightness by itself. I called the manufacturer and informed the tech. Possible line voltage fluctuations. Still need to research. My old fan had LED bulbs and never blinked or flickered. These fans r has a DC motor, so there is a module that converts the AC voltage to DC voltage that drives the motor and the LED light. Possible slight fluctuations in the mains voltage can cause the LED to blink or flicker. The technician advised leaving it at full brightness. Hm. There are a couple of DIP switches that need to be turned on to enable dimming of the light. The fan has the option of dimming technology. The light glass is larger than in the picture, it occupies almost the entire surface of the floor. The fan comes with a durable chrome cover if you don't want to use a light. The instructions are suitable for installation, configuration and synchronization processes. The fan works silently and has a large air distribution. Mounts to an 18" down bar on an 11ft ceiling. The fan should be started at high speed and set to a lower speed. Manufacturer standard. Comes with white, ivory and black wall panels and black or white switch. Standard 6" lower stem. Blades look great. Feel like a one-piece pod with possibly hollow blade and veneer? I expected them to weigh more. Glad they don't.
