The best part about working with infomerica is that their customer support is simply amazing. They respond to your questions quickly and efficiently. There are a few features we don't care for as much but they have been listening to us and will be implementing some of them in the near future. We also use the other products offered by Infomerica (including IBM's) so it's great to have them as a partner for those services. My favorite part of working with them has to be solving complex problems related to big data analysis.
