This is not a product that will keep you up at night. It requires some time to get used to. However, once it's set up, it does work very well for us. I would like to see more modules available, but we are not having any problems right now. We love this software so much that we are looking into other options for our administrative needs. If you have no experience with cloud services, this may be confusing. You can start with an inexpensive option that is free, then upgrade if necessary. Our organization has been using this service for several years now. The benefits we receive from this include increased efficiency in managing communication among people within the group.
