I love that it is easy to use as an administrator or user of this software! The interface looks very professional compared with other products out there in today's market. It has been great for me because we are able to keep track of all our members' information (including contact info) easily using their membership number instead of having them input each piece individually into multiple different systems which would be time consuming. My only dislike about CSU so far is how slow some features

The ability to manage all of our contacts in one place! That is what I like about this software - it allows me (and my team) access from anywhere at any time with out having multiple devices or programs open when we are working together remotely as well!! This is not a product that will keep you up at night. It requires some time to get used to. However, once it's set up, it does work very well for us. I would like to see more modules available, but we are not having any problems right now. We love this software so much that we are looking into other options for our administrative needs. I like that it is very user friendly for my small group who uses this software daily to run our weekly meeting schedule. It's easy enough so anyone can use them! The features are great but could be more fully developed or enhanced with some added upgrades such as an online calendar option (such as Google Calendar). Great tool at low cost!! I like that it is easy to use for both new users as well as more seasoned administrators or pastors who are familiar with other programs out there in this space!
