Review on πŸ‘  Tap into Style and Comfort with Capezio Women's N625 Jr. Tyette Tap Shoe by Joseph Brendemuehl

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Amazing quality! 1/2 size larger

These tap shoes are great for beginner tap dancers. Although the heel is quite low compared to high quality steppers, they are very soft and don't feel uncomfortable/tight in the toe and heel areas as is often the case with most poorly made steppers. There is an elastic band under the adjustable band (actually yes, the band can tighten the shoes, but the elastic band itself keeps the shoes on the foot), and the faux patent leather is very pretty. Overall the shoe looks and feels like great quality for such an amazing price. I'm also pleased to see that the rivets and tenons are already in place, which is always a plus. But be careful, they scratch the floor! In terms of sizing, my foot is 9 3/4 inches with a ruler and I usually wear Nike women's running shoes that are a size 8.5 (sometimes 9 on other brands). I bought a 9 1/2 and it fits perfectly in the exercise room. I think it would be possible to try 9-ku, but I wouldn't risk it. Generally increase by half a size!
