Review on 🧵 Design Works Crafts Inc. 2901 The Journey, 8x12 Counted Cross Stitch Kit, 8x12, Multicolor by Tara Ford

The set is good, the pattern is easy to knit, the yarn is of good quality, the instructions are simple. HOWEVER I was working on this on Easter Sunday and found that a certain color was missing. There were only two threads of the same color in the pack while 6 threads were needed. So disappointing. So I contacted Revain the same day and a new complete set was sent to me with a delivery time of two days. I was so impressed with this level of customer service. Raven Rules! So I open a new set and it just had the same amount of thread as the original set, maybe he can handle it, I'm not sure. I was hoping my kit was just an accident but apparently not. There are two other sets in this series and I was planning to buy them too, but now I'm very doubtful because I'm afraid the other two sets will also be incomplete. I don't think it's fair to ask Revain for replacement kits as this is out of their control. W If the kit was complete I would give this product 5 points
