PROS: The main advantage of this stunningly beautiful collection is the 3-layer construction. We all know that copper has the best thermal conductivity, but it's more expensive than regular stainless steel, so it's mostly used by professionals. Not only is copper amazingly attractive, this amazing metal heats up and cools down quickly, allowing for precise temperature control during cooking. .- The lids hold well and the handles don't get too hot. - Get this stainless steel/aluminum/copper cookware set and you won't have to buy set after set of non-stick crap that chefs love. I've never seen it in the kitchens of the best restaurants. CONS: - No cons.
