Copper Cookware for Kitchen and Dining

Durable and beautiful cookware. Even heat distribution. It is recommended that the outside of the copper be buffed frequently with copper polish to maintain the shine.

Such a beautiful view does not last long.

I don't like that it doesn't clean well and doesn't wear very well. They have only been used a couple of times and they look really bad and I have hand washed them every time.

  • Nice packaging

  • Sad packaging

I want to rate this product

I want to rate this product but this is not the set that was sent to me. I tried calling Revain support but the rep didn't know what Revain Vine was and asked how much I paid for the subscription. An 11 piece Cuisinart set was sent and I love it! Heats up quickly on my glass hob and very easy to clean!

Everything stays with them!

Literally everything you cook in these pans will stick to them and be difficult to remove. I've tried every method to get them not to stick to the oil, preheating the pan and only cooking over low heat. Warmth. Also, they look terrible after you use them and you have to polish them every time. I contacted customer service and they wouldn't let me return my pans and sent a new set instead. Definitely not worth $300.

Good quality base set

Good quality base set maybe a bit overpriced compared to what you can get from Tramontina but they have a nice brass finish on the outside (which probably doesn't add up anyway that they work). better, but they definitely look better). The lids must have some sort of special seal, but we've found it's not that different from our other pans. Material is thick and lasts, seems like a good set that will last a while.

Every good cook's dream!

This Cuisinart 8 Piece Stainless Steel/Copper Cookware Set is a delight to both look at and cook with. The copper plating provides even heat, and the stainless steel interior is easy to keep clean with proper care. The set includes an 8" pan, a 10" pan, a 6 liter pot with lid, a 4 liter pan with lid and a 2.5 liter pot with lid. I had to throw away a few worn out pots and pans to make room, but it was worth it. I've been cooking for almost 50 years and all my friends say I'm a great cook. Now I

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • It's driving me crazy

PROS: The main advantage of this stunningly beautiful collection is the 3-layer construction. We all know that copper has the best thermal conductivity, but it's more expensive than regular stainless steel, so it's mostly used by professionals. Not only is copper amazingly attractive, this amazing metal heats up and cools down quickly, allowing for precise temperature control during cooking. .- The lids hold well and the handles don't get too hot. - Get this stainless steel/aluminum/copper…

Now you cook!

I have long been willing to sacrifice the better and (in my opinion) faster and more even cooking of stainless steel cookware for the supposed cleanability of a non-stick coating; The fact of the matter is that all non-stick pots/pans I've used, regardless of price, will eventually 'break' and either need to be replaced or discarded as 'regular' items; while stainless steel is almost as good and sometimes easier to clean than non-stick coatings when used properly. And when the set looks this…
