Review on Cuisinart CTPP 8 Copper Collection Cookware by Brooke Flora

I have long been willing to sacrifice the better and (in my opinion) faster and more even cooking of stainless steel cookware for the supposed cleanability of a non-stick coating; The fact of the matter is that all non-stick pots/pans I've used, regardless of price, will eventually 'break' and either need to be replaced or discarded as 'regular' items; while stainless steel is almost as good and sometimes easier to clean than non-stick coatings when used properly. And when the set looks this good (copper is a beautiful element), that's a huge bonus. This set (and it's REALLY hard to find in any set) would be a 12" pan; but that's another story for another day. Good quality, good heat and a damn good price: what's not to like?
