Does the job - test, measure and verify

If anyone is having trouble understanding the instructions, here is what I put together and what I set for the heating element. USP = Upper setpoint LSP = Lower setpoint of HY1 and HY2 Hysteresis - How far can the temperature go, e.g. B.: set temp to 100 and HY to 1 and it won't adjust until temp reaches 102DP - decimal point Scy - lock - skip this PuF - adjust for offset tempInp - input TypeP - proportional band, adjust intervals, on 1I leave - Inverval, 540x per second - Derivative - forecasts future demand. Out - Heat or ColdHys - set to one, not used when using Derivative-Ctl - set to 1 for digital, not required for electronic relay, but they are not used for the heating element, which is written on the lid of my kettle Try it each one until you find one that matches your sensor. P = 1I = 540d = On / 200.00HeatHys = 1Ctl = 001C- F = FLck - Skip Press and hold the blue button for automatic channel search

Pros
  • This temperature PID controller can read TEMPS values in degrees Fahrenheit (F) and Celsius (C). You can choose units in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Wide Application: This PID controller is widely used in automotive systems in light industry, chemical, machinery, metallurgy, ceramics and pertrification industries, as well as in temperature control and adjustment systems for food and beverage, smokers, incubators and ovens . Oven, plastic extruder heating process, etc.
Cons
  • Slightly torn
