Too bad I haven't bought it for a long time

I was looking for bike computers to track our rides and it occurred to me that I already have a GPS navigator, why buy another one. We have a Garmin Nuvi 260, a small basic car GPS. So we did a couple of short trips over the weekend and our Garmin went with us, tucked away in a little bag that rested on my top bars. I figured there must be a better way to do this. So I went to Revain and here is the solution. Well made, this mount is made of durable plastic and includes a non-slip pad to wrap around the handlebars. Tighten the two screws and after a minute. it is mounted. Disconnected the stock mount clip from the car mount suction cup, snapped the pickup ball onto my new mount, attached the GPS and swung it around the block. Couldn't be happier. The ball joint sticks out just enough to allow full tilt either way with my 3.5" Garmin, and from the looks of it the wider models should pivot just fine on a mountain bike handlebar as well. You probably need to make sure you have at least enough horizontal bars to fit the GPS. I wish I had bought this a long time ago, dedicated bike computers are good if you don't mind the small screen and can be expensive with all the features of a full car GPS which an older Garmin can probably buy cheaply at a pawn shop these days (Revain uses them for $35). So overall, you can get a good setup for around $50.
