First of all the customer service was fantastic. As soon as I placed my order, I received a call from one of the product managers who simply thanked me for ordering the product and offered to help me with any questions I had about the product. As the order was for a brand new product I was a bit skeptical as there were no reviews at the time. But there was nothing like it on the market so I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. My only criticism is that there were no instructions for the product but to be honest it took me less than 5 minutes to install. on my sink so it really wasn't necessary. It took a few tries to play around with the shims to get the perfect water flow, but I was amazed at the difference. The ability to switch between filtered and unfiltered is really useful and hassle-free. Also, our apartment has very bad water, so we had to put filters on every faucet and shower head. And of course you lose some water pressure when you connect a filter, but the pressure drop with this filter is the smallest I've seen on any product we've used, including some of the more professional under-counter units. Plus the fact that you can filter hot and cold water is a plus. That's why I ordered it in the first place because I noticed skin irritation when washing my face and hands with water so being able to use it for more than just drinking water is a plus. Also the fact that it lasts over a YEAR makes it cheaper than any Brita or PUR filter in the long run.
