They work very well. The screw heads are a bit small so I think they contain plastic rings that fit under the screw heads. The nut cages are a bit thinner than some of the others but work well. You can attach the cage nuts with your bare hands as the cage isn't that strong, but once you install a piece of hardware and tighten everything, it becomes solid. This is good value for money.
