I ordered this as I don't have high speed internet at home but the 5G tower is about a half mile away and in sight. I needed this to connect my Wi-Fi mesh system so I could access the internet throughout my house. The Ethernet port is disabled and very difficult to enable. You can see many people are having the same problem online. I called Netgear and their support was terrible, I kept getting transferred to someone else until I got mad and hung up. It works great if you only need WiFi, but for my purposes and customer service I rated it as low.
