This is Terrible Gear! I bought a Nighthawk M1 m1119 to replace an old access point that was starting to have problems. It was worse than my old Unite box. He can't even reach a room. The battery bullshit is terrible - you have to take it out and then when I need it in another room I have to put it in and then take it out again when I plug it back into the mains. To be clear your results will probably not match mine. I live in a rural area with direct line of sight to the ATT Tower. I used AT&T's LTE router and modem combo and got an average of 15-25 Mbps. After a while I switched to OTRMobile (ATT's third-party provider). First I tried LB1200 and lost 20-30Mbps. I upgraded to ATT Velocity 2 (forced upgrade) via OTR, which averaged 20-40Mbps.
