Love it. I definitely felt a performance boost when I first installed it. I don't know if it affected my gas mileage. Installation was pretty easy. The instructions were clear, it was just difficult to get into space. I felt like I was shoving it into space and I hope I never have to remove it. Part of the love-hate relationship is the noise. The car is ridiculously loud, but only when accelerating. As soon as you let off the gas, it becomes a normal car again. It's a little annoying, but it also makes the car feel faster than it really is. Passers-by look around for a sports car and turn away disappointed. I think I like the product because it's so ridiculous.
