I like how easy it was for me as an administrator of this software (and our other systems) because we were able get up running quickly without any training or help from IT personnel who have been using different types/versions before us! The interface could be improved but not by much if anything - just minor things such as font size etc., nothing major at all really though so no complaints there either :) We've used many versions prior which has made managing multiple sites very difficult when they are each set differently; however due mainly do changes within their own departments rather than ours having changed over time too meaning some features don't work well together anymore making upgrades sometimes quite tricky unless someone else knows what's going wrong first hand ;).
