It is possible to view all the project phases with the different elements, materials and cost data in one place. The user interface could be improved, but I think it's worth the effort to have an easy access to project documents. There are some other programs that provide similar solutions. We use this software mainly for managing our projects. Its main purpose is to keep track of the progress of the different stages of a project, so you no longer need to visit several applications to find out that information.
