I have been working for callwisemobile from its inception till now - about 2 years back when we started our journey to implement it into my organization's ecosystem of products (Salesforce). The UI/UX design was good at this point but since then there has not really seen any major changes even after so many months or more than one year later! It took us quite some effort initially just because everyone knows SalesForce as an end user system itself which makes integration very difficult especially if you are newbie like me who does know nothing else other than SFDC! This needs attention right away otherwise all your efforts will go waste!! Great product overall though!! You should definitely give them try once they say yes. Our main objective here would be getting leads / data synched across multiple tools including LeadPages etc within same session seamlessly while maintaining their context during conversations thus increasing conversion rate significantly over traditional way i.e manual sync process where lead gets lost somewhere along.
