Best Lead Tracking Tool with Excellent Customer Support

The best thing I like about callwise is it provides all the details of any lead which helps to reach them quickly and effectively. It saves your precious time as well as makes your work easier. Its also very easy to use. I dont have anything negative to say about this product. There are few minor issues which may sometimes confuse but not worth mentioning as well as the pricing is quite good. If you want to integrate call tracking to your email marketing tool then definitely go for Callwise.โ€ฆ

CallWise Mobile implementation done with great ease and simplicity

I have been working for callwisemobile from its inception till now - about 2 years back when we started our journey to implement it into my organization's ecosystem of products (Salesforce). The UI/UX design was good at this point but since then there has not really seen any major changes even after so many months or more than one year later! It took us quite some effort initially just because everyone knows SalesForce as an end user system itself which makes integration very difficultโ€ฆ

  • Easy implementation with minimal coding required.
  • Ability build up custom API calls
  • No need code change in existing apps using sales force automation platform, hence reducing deployment time by 80%+!!!
Cons
  • Lackadaisy support services
  • Not much innovation happening these days
