Will be living in this dress come summer

I don't know who this dress wouldn't be flattering on. Material isn't flimsy but will still be perfect for hotter weather. Really has a decent quality to it. I love the tie at the natural waist (for me at least). Very flattering on my less hour-glass shaped body. I wear a 12-14 in dresses and a 10-12 in pants and the XL is very fitted at the top and a bit more gently fitted around the bottom (it looks correct). I'm 5'4 and it's a bit longer on me than the model which I like, I feel like I can move around and bend down and not have to think about exposure. The material is thick enough if you wanted to wear any type of shapewear it wouldn't be obvious.

It smells AWFUL! Even after two washes! The dress fits fine, opaque and stretchy without being too thin a material, could wear with or without leggings. But when I tell you this dress arrived smelling like it had say next to a vat of gasoline, and even after I ran it through the wash it came out STILL stinking AND made everything else in the wash come out stinking, too! Save your money, I have never had this issue before with other inexpensive Walmart purchases. I get that it’s a low-cost item, but it’s unwearable smelling like this.
