I love that this platform is customizable. It's as easy or as complicated as you want it to be. As a user, I enjoy being able to easily search all of my contacts and see what they are up too. The reporting tools are very powerful, and while I feel like there are too many options available, you can filter through them all fairly quickly. It is sometimes hard to navigate when your desktop isn't very organized. Also, if you have a lot of records, it takes time to go through each one. This is a great tool, especially since it integrates with a lot of other platforms. We use this primarily to keep track of our donors, but also use it to keep track of volunteers. This makes it easier to send out emails and update our database with new information.
