A Solid CRM/Giving Platform Complemented By Great Customer Service

I love that this platform is customizable. It's as easy or as complicated as you want it to be. As a user, I enjoy being able to easily search all of my contacts and see what they are up too. The reporting tools are very powerful, and while I feel like there are too many options available, you can filter through them all fairly quickly. It is sometimes hard to navigate when your desktop isn't very organized. Also, if you have a lot of records, it takes time to go through each one. This is a…

  • Easily accessible from anywhere
  • Easy for users who aren’t tech savvy
  • Great customer service! They respond within 24 hours no matter where in world we live.
  • Has an app so everyone has access even without internet connection!! Amazing feature!!! :)

  • Sometimes having multiple windows open at once gets confusing
