Great product, great customer service!
The KVM switch works very well and makes it easy to share my 4 monitors between multiple computers. Very inexpensive but runs even smoother than other KVMs I've tried. Dedicated cables with HDMI, USB and audio in one cable are convenient, but that means you can only use one CKL cable. This could be an issue if someone wants a different length, but I contacted customer service and they ordered some shorter cables for me! Conclusion: The product is great, but the customer service is fantastic! I highly recommend the CKL brand
