Let me tell you, my recent experience purchasing at the online Denali store was a nightmare. I decided to test Denali since I needed a new hammer and was in the market for one. Big error. Their website resembles a maze. I had the same experience as Theseus attempting to find his way out of the Minotaur's labyrinth, but instead of a Minotaur, there were infinite product pages with no end in sight. I scrolled and clicked for hours, yet I was still unable to find what I was looking for. The worst part, though, is not even that. When I did eventually locate a hammer that suited my demands, the cost was higher than I was willing to pay. Just to pay for it, I had to sell a kidney. And let's not even talk about shipping. Just to pay the shipping costs, I had to get a loan. As if things couldn't get much worse, the customer service was terrible. The customer service agent was about as helpful as a submarine's screen door when I called to inquire about my order. It was less human-like than conversing with a robot. I eventually did receive my hammer, but at what expense? I think the process caused me to age ten years. Denali is the place to go if you want a headache and a depleted bank account. However, avoid going there if you value your time, money, and sanity. Long, long ago.
