This is a good solid TV mount. It is a pity that the holder is installed upside down. (Sorry, the picture is upside down. No matter what I did, it always loaded sideways.) The mounting arm should come out on the same side as the rubber pads at the top of the rack. The arm is riveted so I can't alter it. We could have returned it, but we had to end this project. So we installed the bracket with the bracket facing the back of the cabinet. We still didn't intend to pull the TV forward, but still. We have yet to place the bar around the TV, but you can see the bracket isn't facing outwards.
