This mount is very well made and has all the parts you need to install the floor on any base you want. (Make sure the base you want to attach it to is solid and stable). Also, the other end has everything you need to mount your TV. The only surprise I got was that the VESA TV mounting holes weren't centered on the back of my LG flat screen like I assumed before purchasing (this was an issue with the TV, not the mount). Anyway, I almost had to buy a higher mount due to the VESA holes on the back

When we got the base to mount the TV on a flat surface, one of the 'wings' holding the 'bumper' screws was bent but was able to straighten up enough for the bumper worked. It's very solid equipment and we installed a 32 inch TV on it in our C class motorhome. With the ability to slide forward and tilt side to side, we know it looks perfect from the sofa and will delight you for years to come. Thanks to MOR/ryde for a great product.

This is a good solid TV mount. It is a pity that the holder is installed upside down. (Sorry, the picture is upside down. No matter what I did, it always loaded sideways.) The mounting arm should come out on the same side as the rubber pads at the top of the rack. The arm is riveted so I can't alter it. We could have returned it, but we had to end this project.
