This is my first time buying a Playmobil product (I'm in my 40's). The lights bribed me. flux capacitor. Fluxing" In general, the product meets my expectations. The colored plastic of the car has some swirls. For me this is not critical, but a production problem. The car also shakes a bit. Either the entire frame of the car is deformed or one of the tires is not the right size. The tire is rubbing against the fender, so that's another problem. In general, I don't play with him like a toy. This is for demonstration. I emailed Playmobil about the car's tire and balance issues just to update them on the production aspects. They responded immediately and almost made me (great customer service) tell them what parts I needed and they mailed them to me. I told them it was not necessary and they emailed me again for the details of the part and they will post it for free. Insanely nice customer service that I will tell everyone about. This is how customer service is done right.
