I already have a rubber mallet and it's one of my favorite tools. a stake to attach the tarp to the wood • hammer in a stake for a street volleyball net • hammer to seal the lid of a can of leftover paint • hammer for a floor covering • drive cobblestones into a layer of packed sand • basically something no hammering worry about breakage or scratches If you've never used a rubber mallet before, you don't know what you're missing out on. A rubber mallet is much safer and easier to use than a steel one because the center of gravity is in the perfect spot. on your head and you feel much less vibration on your arm. I bought this rubber mallet because I wanted an exclusive hammer for my camping and beach tent. At this price it's not a problem and I love the fact that it has a hook at the bottom. I don't think it's strong enough to pull stakes out of the ground, but I can use it to hang a hammer on a pegboard or any hook on a wall for storage. If you need a rubber mallet, you can't go wrong with this one. Highly recommended.
