I might have been confused because it was called "canvas pillow" so I assumed it was like their solid acrylic pillow with AMAZING texture (it's similar to canvas texture but incredibly better) but this is an odd species of thick paper. It's not terrible, but it's difficult to mix and it INSTANTLY causes my acrylic paint to dry the second it touches it. I've never experienced that with acrylic. Maybe oil is ok, it's not my favorite medium so can't tell if it works well. I liked the fold aspect and was excited to try it but I probably won't buy it again as it's a pain to use with acrylic.
