I am a longtime bulk purchaser of dietary supplements and have never been disappointed. Until now. In the past I have bought glutamine from other major brands. The first pack of Glutamine purchased from BulkSupplements was perfect. About a month before I finished this bag, I ordered another one. When the first package ran out and I opened the second package, it smelled disgusting! Seriously smelled (and looked) like Comet bathroom cleaner. Tried to digest but couldn't. As Revain BulkSupplements' 30-day return period has expired, he was contacted directly. Their support rep was great and sent a new bag to replace the faulty one. Of course they gave the standard information that they shouldn't do it and that I should have given it back to Revane. I'm not sure if I agree with them on that. The thing is, it's difficult to buy a company's products if they don't want to endorse them. Anyway, the second bag arrived two days later. Upon opening, the smell of ammonia was so strong (literally like the smell of an open bottle of ammonia) that I didn't want to risk consuming it. Since it was outside of Revain's return window and BulkSupplements doesn't want to own the situation with their product, I lost the $22 I paid for it. I have no plans to purchase Glutamine from BulkSupplements again and this experience calls their quality control into question. But other products purchased have been good in the past, so I will still buy some of these.
